- We made solar art with sticks, stones, pine cones and leaves on sun sensitive paper. We also sketched the nature ground and played games in the Whispering Woods, such as camouflage and the animal talk game. We saw a baby red squirrel.
- In the City of Ember, they found the instructions in the closet, but Poppy was chewing on them. The next chapter is called The Message with Holes in It. We also did a survey about coloured crayons and we made them into a bar graph, fractions, decimals and percentage.
