- This afternoon, the grade 1/2 had their assembly. It was about Nose Hill and the animals they have learned about during Fresh Air Fridays. One thing that we learned from them is that the little brown bats in Nose Hill are endangered due to the use of pesticides.
- Today in health, the grade 3s played time bingo. The grade 4s learned about personal hygiene.
- After quiet reading, we continued working on our zoos. We are very close to finishing. We will also be learning about how to measure mass and length.
- In social, many of the groups are working on their last centers.
- During gym, which happened after 11, we played Capture the Flag. Afterwards we had a catch up time to finish some work (aka smorgasbord).
What questions do we have after today?
- How long will it take for the whole class to finish their zoos?
- Will the person who has not returned their library book return it?
- What kind of bugs will we find tomorrow?
- Will any groups finish all four centers next social class?
- Will Russia reclaim part of the Ukraine?
- Will we see any of the animals from the assembly next Friday?
